Château Anand

Château Anand lays on the banks of the river Anglin in the center of France, a peaceful and protected land surrounded by overwhelming scenery.

Since the moment you arrive you can feel the beautiful energy that has been building up after years of hosting Kundalini Yoga events, and students and volunteers from different spiritual horizons.

We are really grateful to 3HO association —owner of the Château— for making this possible.

IMPULSE HEART

The vibrant center of the festival. A huge tent where we will all gather every day, and a perfect spot to chill at anytime. It is the space where the main night events will take place.

WORKSHOP SPACES

Our international trainers will hold daily 8 different two-hour workshops for you to choose from: 4 in the morning and 4 in the afternoon. They will take place at our 4 different spaces: Impulse Heart, 2 large indoor rooms, and 1 loving space in nature.

CHILL OUT AREA

There’s no festival without a cool chill out area where to indulge in nature, make good connections and listen to chill tunes.

TEMPLE

Our version of a secluded spot in nature for meditation, resting in silence, and prayers.

CREATIVITY SPACES AND FREE EXPRESSION SPACE

This is an interactive event where your creativity and self expression will be encourage and required to be embodied! We will have different areas for you to explore.

For us food is a very important matter —maybe because the team is mainly french?— that’s why we have chosen HÉLOÏSE FERBER and La Cuisine qui relie, a site-specific catering company which uses food as a way to deeply reconnect with ourselves, others, and even the Earth and the Sky!

The idea is to reconnect with ourselves through a sensual experience of food, welcoming pleasure and playfulness with tasty, colorful and creative meals.

Offering a nutritive plant-based diet to support our bodies with energy and lightness. Caring for our intimate self with comforting food made with love.

RECONNECTING TO OTHERS as we’ll share those meals all together and enjoy that time of rest and nutrition to be with one another, in presence and community. Embracing the world’s diversity through recipes influenced by traditions and techniques from different origins. Feeling this deep link that connects us all in humility: the need for food and the work of cooking.

RECONNECTING WITH OUR EARTH —always beneath us— as we enjoy food locally produced and organically grown. Re-discover the gifts that our land has for us, in its own season and time. Receiving this abundance in acknowledgement of the state of our soil and environment, welcoming it with respect and giving back with conscious consumer choices.

RECONNECTING TO THE SKY, the divine and the spiritual, as Life’s energy travels through every single food to feed our body, soul and spirit. Seating back in the circle of Life, as eaters and consumers and, one day, as eated and consumed. Touching the fragility of one’s existence by acknowledging our finite human presence fueled by earthly matters.

Héloïse Ferber

Our chef Héloïse Ferber discovered her passion for cooking as she was working the land in farms throughout the globe, and realized the need for connection between our earth and our plates.

Her travels allowed her to broaden her vision of food and to receive knowledge and techniques from different traditions. She has been trained as a sustainable vegetarian chef at The Natural Gourmet Institute in New York City and is now focusing on bringing awareness and connection through food and cooking.

Impulse festival is a great inspiration for her work and she is delighted to offer the nourishment for this powerful youth gathering supported by her amazing team of young talented chefs from diverse countries.
